		<description>Thanks for an interesting interview.  I always cringe when people don&#039;t want to see progress in the wine industry because cleaner more economically viable facilities not only lower prices for consumers, but improve quality at the same time.  Glad to see parts of the Israeli wine industry being willing to change for the better, because frankly harvesting Merlot and Cab Sauv together makes no sense at all!</description>
